Vegetative characteristics.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Very vigorous variety of semi-erect bearing and with only female flowers. Triangular-shaped buds, whose average budding date is 12th April (+21 days compared to &#8216;Bright Red&#8217;). The leaves are broad elliptical in shape, with a wide acute base and an acuminate apex. Their average length and width are 16.31 cm and 10.30 cm, respectively (length\/width ratio: 1.58).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #99cc00;\"><strong>2. Flowering.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Average date of full blooming on May 7th (+2 days comparing to &#8216;Bright Red&#8217;). The flowers have a corolla with an average diameter of 15.26 mm, usually with four lobes and a rounded rhombic calyx.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #99cc00;\"><strong>3. Characteristics of the fruit.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>According to the type of astringency at the time of commercial ripening, it is a PCNA type variety. Average date of commercial ripening on 1st December (+33 days compared to &#8216;Bright Red&#8217;). Average fruit weight 170.00 g, average size 72.80 mm, length\/width ratio 0.70. Flattened fruit with irregular rounded cross-section. In its longitudinal section the apex is truncated, with a moderate groove in, and without concentric cracking around the apex or cracking in the area of the same. Absence of longitudinal groove. The calyx is practically at the same level, with no groove at its end. The size of the calyx in relation to the diameter of the fruit is medium to large and its bearing is horizontal.
